This is also a nice place for poor people to live. The owner is a crackpot Jew who seems alike a real jerk. But he gets OK as you get to know him. He is really a nice guy. Cheep as hell but a nice guy!
I stayed here when I worked for Jetstream which is a Phoenix Internet company that ripped me off. The bastards didn't pay me my last pay check. It seems like they rip off everybody.
